This site collects very little. Here is exactly what, and what we do with it.

We do not sell or share them with any other clinic in this guide. With your permission only, we use Google Analytics to count visits. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country, the treatment you are interested in, how you would like us to contact you, your message, and the page you sent it from. We also record how you found the site (for example a search engine or an advert link), so we know which pages help.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply.
- Analytics: only if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice, Google Analytics records which pages are visited. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to plan treatment with you. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Who sees it
Patient coordinators and dentists at Precious Dental. Enquiries are sent to our own mailbox and a copy is kept on our web host so that none is lost. We do not pass your details to any other dentist or clinic in this guide, and we do not sell them.
Health information
The form does not ask for health records. If you choose to send X-rays or photos, for example on WhatsApp, we use them only to advise you, with your consent.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a patient, for as long as the law requires us to keep dental records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@dentprecious.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
